This summer at KSG, we're offering two exciting leadership pathways for teens who love gymnastics and want to grow as confident, capable leaders.

Whether you're starting out as a volunteer or ready to dive deeper as a Coach-in-Training (C.I.T.), both options provide great hands-on experience, skill-building opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Participants will strengthen their communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills—all while learning how to create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for young athletes. You'll also receive guidance on how to build an effective résumé that highlights your strengths and presents you as a standout candidate to future employers.
