COVID 19 PROCEDURES

Mandatory online screening and hand sanitizing (or hand washing) upon arrival for staff, participants and any person entering the facility
Upon arrival athletes place their belongings in their bag or a bin provided by the gym. Participants will carry their belongings from event to event for classes. For camps, participants will have a designated spot for their belongings.
Masks must be worn in all common areas including the lobby and washrooms.
Participants who cannot maintain social distancing may be asked to train in their masks
At the end of each event, equipment is sprayed with a vital oxide and water mixture
Athletes must sanitize their hands after each event
Washrooms are to be cleaned after each use
