This is where it all begins. Our Parent and Tot program will take your child on a path of discovery while introducing them to the basic skills of gymnastics in a safe colourful and fun environment.

Tot On My Way
The Parent and Tot program will take your child on a path of discovery while introducing them to the basic skills of gymnastics in a safe, colourful, and fun environment. Gym B (formerly the PlayCentre) is the perfect place for your child to develop their social skills while learning to follow verbal and visual instructions. As each child differs in age and learns at their own pace, some children will continue to progress with parental guidance while others may begin to participate on their own. The goal of this program is to develop self-confidence and ability to follow instructions through the teaching of gymnastics in order to prepare children to participate in other independent activities. *ONLY ONE ADULT PER PARTICIPANT PERMITTED

This class is an extension of our Parent and Tot program with the primary goal being to prepare tots to be self-reliant and confidently participate in class under the sole direction of a coach. Parents will gradually step back and out of the gym as their child becomes more independent. We will take your child on a path of discovery while introducing them to the basic skills of gymnastics in a safe, colourful, and fun environment. Gym B (formerly the PlayCentre) has been newly modified and is the perfect place for your child to develop their social skills while learning to follow verbal and visual instructions. Another goal of this program is to develop self-confidence and ability to follow instructions through the teaching of gymnastics in order to prepare children to participate in other independent activities.

GYMNASTICS pop-up classes
POP-UP GYMNASTICS CLASSES
POP-UP Gymnastics Classes – Are you interested in signing up your child or children for gymnastics but not sure if they will enjoy it? Or need an afternoon activity or even a make-up class? Our Pop- Up Class is the way to go! Our trained coaches will lead them through a version of our regular classes. Each participant will have the opportunity to do some gymnastics skills using equipment such as the bars, balance beam, trampoline and sprung floor. No experience is required.
