In our most popular program, participants build on the fundamental skills of gymnastics. Participants work to improve upon strength, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and agility in a safe, fun and developmentally appropriate environment. *We also do ADULT CLASSES. In our most popular program, participants are introduced and/or continue to build on the fundamentals of gymnastics. The ongoing goal is to improve upon strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and agility in a safe, fun and developmentally appropriate environment. Through the use of creative circuit training, stations, persistence, repetition and patience, participants will become more aware of how to maneuver their body around the equipment/apparatus. This includes the use of bars, balance beams, floor, trampolines and modified vaulting areas.
Our hour and a half program is suitable for intermediate and advanced athletes who are looking to further develop their gymnastics skills and are not interested in moving on to competitive programs. Participants that show a unique aptitude, focus and skill potential are grouped together and are taught with specific long-term goals in mind. .
POP-UP Gymnastics Classes – Are you interested in signing up your child or children for gymnastics but not sure if they will enjoy it? Or need an afternoon activity or even a make-up class? Our Pop- Up Class is the way to go! Our trained coaches will lead them through a version of our regular classes. Each participant will have the opportunity to do some gymnastics skills using equipment such as the bars, balance beam, trampoline and sprung floor. No experience is required.
The Adult Gymnastics class is a flexible class geared towards those 18+ looking to try something new, work on their fitness, get back into gymnastics or continue gymnastics training. This class focuses on developing various floor and trampoline skills through skill-based drills, conditioning, flexibility and circuit training. Bars and beams are used as tools for conditioning and flexibility training. Like all our tumbling and gymnastics programs the emphasis is on understanding the breakdown of elements to ensure safety and success. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
