TUMBLING

Our Tumbling program is centered on the development of acrobatic and aerial skills using floor, trampoline and circuit training. Through skill-based drills, conditioning and flexibility training,  athletes will continue to develop their understanding of tumbling elements and apply them to their tumbling goals.

Tumbling Class 1/2

Our Tumbling 1 program is geared towards athletes who are interested in  developing the foundations for acrobatic and aerial skills through the use of the floor, trampoline, and circuit training. This class focuses on developing skills such as handstands, cartwheels, back bridges, and round-offs. Understanding the breakdown of these elements through skill-based drills, conditioning and flexibility are the key to success in tumbling. No experience required for this program.

Our Tumbling 1, 1.5 hour program is geared towards athletes who have  developed the foundations for acrobatic and aerial skills through the use of the floor, trampoline, and circuit training. This class focuses on building on skills such as handstands, cartwheels, back bridges, and round-offs; and continuing onto walkovers, handsprings and more. Understanding the breakdown of these elements through skill-based drills, conditioning and flexibility are the key to success in tumbling.  Participants, at minimum, should be able to support themselves in a momentary handstand, pass through a recognizable cartwheel and be able to attempt a back bridge.

Tumbling Class 3/4

Tumbling Class 3/4

 Specialty Tumbling Class  2 /3  for dancers and cheerleaders. Focus will be on strength, flexibility, and skill building. Skill focus will be on  building on back handsprings and aerials,  working on back & front tucks, as well as leaps, jumps, balances and more.  Pre-requisites required.

This intermediate/advanced tumbling class is for athletes looking to master their tucks, layouts  and start progressing into OR continuing working on their twisting skills. In this class, athletes will work through skill-based drills, repetition, and conditioning. By working through drills and progressions athletes will develop an understanding of how to breakdown these elements ensuring safety and success in the development of these skills.
